Rehearse on the patient's own anatomy.

Veridien is building a modular abdominal simulator: organ and pathology modules you swap per procedure, including modules made from a patient's own MRI or CT, in PVA hydrogel tuned to behave like real tissue. We're looking for surgeons to help shape it.

The idea

Every rehearsal should match the patient on the table.

Most simulators use one generic anatomy for everyone. We fabricate phantoms from a patient's own imaging, in a hydrogel we tune to match how real tissue cuts, holds a suture, and handles, so a surgeon can work through the case before operating.

Where surgeons come in

We build better phantoms with surgeons in the room.

  • Realism feedback

Tell us where a phantom falls short of real tissue: how it cuts, holds a suture, and handles.

  • Procedures to rehearse

Which procedures and pathologies should a module cover first, and which cases would you want built from the patient's own scans?

  • Collaboration

Clinical validation partnerships, shared use cases, or a problem in your department we could build toward.
